Choose the total amount by ordering multiples of 25 (for example, a $100 gift certificate would be ordered as quantity of 4 x $25). Use the "Order Notes" comment box on the check-out page to give us instructions about how you would like the certificate(s) made up (for example, "2 $50 gift certificates and 1 $75 gift certificate"). If you want a name filled in on the gift certificate(s), inlcude that information as well. You will receive a numbered Gift Certificate in the mail.
